Myth Realm International Inc. (“Myth Realm”) offers you a five (5) years’ limited warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser in the USA and Canada, is non-transferable, and is valid only in the country of purchase.

This warranty is valid only on products installed in accordance with the building code and laws effective in the region where the unit is used as well as in accordance with the provided instruction manual. It does not cover products installed incorrectly or subjected to abnormal use. Product(s) or component part(s) may be required to be returned for inspection and verification.

What We Will Do
Myth Realm, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any product or component part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Myth Realm may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied.

What Is Not Covered
Myth Realm shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (including labor charges to repair, replace, install, or remove this product), whether arising out of breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, vandalism, improper maintenance (surface damage due to chemical interaction or cleaning agents including, but not limited to, scouring pads, use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents) improper handling, accident, abuse, fire, flood, theft, acts of God, neglect, or alteration of the product will not be covered under this limited warranty. The warranty also excludes any accessories that may accompany the product, including but not limited to bulbs or batteries.

How To Claim
A warranty claim may be made by returning the product to the distributor or retailer from whom you purchased the product with proof of purchase (original sales receipt) and a written claim briefly describing the defect.
