Customization orders are primarily shipped via ocean freight and delivered by trusted carriers. Our shipping service is available exclusively for businesses in Canada. Standard shipping is the default method unless otherwise specified.

 

2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on order size, destination, and customization requirements. Standard shipping typically takes 5 business days after order completion. For custom orders, lead times will be provided during order confirmation.

 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the order terms. Costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment.

 

4. Packaging
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items, such as glass fixtures, receive specialized protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

 

5. Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once the shipment is dispatched. Clients can monitor their shipment’s progress directly with the carrier. For custom orders, tracking information must be requested directly from Myth Realm Inc.

 

6. Shipping Liability
Myth Realm Inc. is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues. Any damages or losses during transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

 

7. International Shipping
For international orders, buyers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and taxes in accordance with local regulations.
